The reaktor vessel is made in a similar way to that of the loop vessel. It begins as a sheet of fused glass that is attached to a blowpipe, which allows the sheet of glass to droop downward, creating the looping pattern. WIth the reaktor vessel blocking is added to the loops creating a more complex pattern.  The entire piece is then coated in molten glass, blown, and worked into shape. The fusing process leaves a ribbed texture, which can be felt on the inside of the vessel. This texture refracts light that passes through the vessel.
