shipping time
Shipping time varies depending upon availability and carrier. The preferred domestic shipping method is UPS Ground, delivery times range from 1 day in the Northeast up to 5 days for shipping to the West Coast. Fedex, Fedex freight international, USPS and expedited UPS services are also available.

At prescient studios we strive to offer you the complete customer service experience. We take pride in our product and the delivery of that product to you, our customer and prescient studio collector. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service for assistance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
A return authorization, issued by our customer service department, must accompany all returns. Returns can be made up to 15 days after purchase. Shipping and handling will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will apply. No returns after 30 days. exchanges for an item of equal value or store credit are honored up to 60 days.
